Marlane Fraser-Smith has created a very successful career and established reputation in the hotel, tourism and hospitality industry over the past 25 years. Her passion, creativity and drive was evident in hotel sales and marketing management roles and this combined with partnership marketing expertise and a pioneering spirit, has led her to head up a number of start up positions within the  global hospitality sector throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia. Marlane has most recently created and co-owned Vesper Bistro and Bar, a Mediterranean island restaurant in Melbourne, Australia.
